Food prep is life! Seriously, how beautiful does this look? Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it helps tremendously when it's time to cook a meal. I typically try to bang out this step when I get home from grocery shopping and then it's out of the way for the week. It also ensures I don't waste any food--if I have any leftovers, I will dream up something simple for lunch or dinner. I am so grateful I can afford to eat fresh, healthy food and I treat my food prep like a zen meditation session.
(The lemon/lime is just to make sure I drink my water all day and every day--I just thought they looked purty)
