The Ultimate Inner Thigh Workout/Class FitSugar: This really targets those tricky inner thighs and left me sore the following day. I hate Gate Swings and I'm not a fan of Scissor Jacks but they are effective. The other moves are challenging and you get some cardio in too. Again, it's 10 minutes..I just suck it up and deal.
How to Get Rid of Love Handles Fast/Tony Horton Fitness: This is another brutal ab workout from Tony that will leave you weeping for your mama. I love it. Six moves, each done for 12 reps which sounds highly doable...but try doing Bear Crunches or Draw Bridges and then talk to me. My favorite move is the Banana Roll--it's surprisingly fun! I don't know who those two guys are in the video--I don't get it. Who cares? I'm there for Tony and to get it done for my abs.
5 Minute Fat Blasting Bodyweight Workout/Popsugar Fitness: This will have you huffin' and puffin' with Pike and Scissor Jack Combos and the grand finale of Donkey Kick Ups is a doozy. Anna Renderer is so enthusiastic that she just pulls you through this 5 minute blast of torture.
ADD IT ON to TONE IT UP--Total Body Workout/Autumn Fitness: This is a fun and different 5 minute workout that includes pushups, burpees and hip drops. It makes me use my brain too (yikes!) as I have to keep track of the moves as we keep adding them on. Me likey! You can do it 2-3 times but I think one round is plenty.
Fitness Blender: I feel so powerful and strong after I finish the Fitness Blender videos below. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, these HIIT videos are one way to do it. The moves are simple and clear instructions are provided throughout by Dan and Kelli. You also get calorie burn estimates and a timer so you know when your torture is over (temporarily) before you move on to the next exercise.
